Syona Tiwari

I'm a Research Scholar in Bioinformatics at Banaras Hindu University, India working at the intersection of systems biology, mathematical modelling, and computational biology, with a focus on understanding molecular mechanisms underlying antiviral responses and autoimmune disorders. She is interested in developing quantitative frameworks that connect molecular regulatory mechanisms with emergent cellular behaviour. My broader research interests include gene regulatory networks, immune signalling, transcriptomic analysis, and dynamical systems modelling. Through my work, I aims to combine computational and mathematical approaches to generate mechanistic insights into complex biological systems.
