IECQ Assessor Report Regarding the Assessment and Re-Assessment of IECQ Supervising Inspectorates

This Operational Document provides a formal reporting format for IECQ Assessors conducting the following assessments, on behalf of the IECQ Scheme:

• Assessments of new Bodies seeking acceptance as an IECQ Supervising Inspectorate

• Re-Assessment of existing Supervising Inspectorates, in accordance with QC 001002-3 and Operational Document OD 012

The Assessment conducted by an IECQ Assessment Team is intended to gather objective evidence that:

a) The documented systems of the Supervising Inspectorate or candidate Supervising Inspectorate, meet IECQ Rules and Procedures

b) The documented systems of the Supervising Inspectorate or candidate Supervising Inspectorate are implemented.
